~Katelyn's POV~
I ran into the barn quickly and grabbed Dan out of his stall and started to tack him up as quick as possible,before Archer came in with Hellyan after their ride.

"Having fun with that big baby?" I laughed a bit as Dan and Hellyan whinnied to each other happily.

"He sure is a handful, I don't know how Kate and you deal with these two all the time." He said and was starting to untack Hellyan,"So where are you going in such a hurry? Mr.Handler closed off the trails until further notice."

"Well He told me about a herd spotted north from here, and I was going to check it out"

"Are you sure he said it was okay to go?" He asked and raised an eyebrow to me.

"Well I guess I'll find out later." I said and got on Danny.

"Here how about I go with incase he gets you in trouble."

"You should stay with Kate, she needs you more than I do." I said and started walking.

"I'll tell her I'm going just to make sure her friend doesn't get hurt.The last thing we need is another hurt rider."

"Fine..but it's your choice not mine." I said and ran out of the barn.

~Danny's POV~
Hellyan looked at me concerned as he saw my expression.

"Hey Dan you okay?" he asked and nudged me before I stamped my hoof and huffed.

"Why does she always get herself into things like this..." I muttered staring at Katelyn as she tried to calm a rearing wild stallion that Archer had a hold of.

"She'll be fine, she knows what she's doing" Hellyan said trying to calm me down but I wouldn't take it.

"She doesn't need to get hurt again." I said grimly and shook my head,"I've got my eye on that stallion.."

"It will be fine, besides she has that Tanner boy to help her train it." He said and nudged me again before I sighed a bit calming down.

"I guess you're right...I just worry about her...if she gets hurt and can't ride I don't know what I'll do with myself." I said and shook my head again as Katelyn walked back with the stallion lassoed by the neck. She jumped on me and went off as Hellyan and Archer followed close behind.
